Is it possible to use wget or curl on Gargoyle interface?
I am wondering is it possible to use curl or wget to login to Gargoyle? I have found some info on using them to login to a form based login screen, but Gargoyle appears to be a javascript login screen. I had the idea of trying to grab the WAN up time and displaying it on my own page or maybe grabbin...

Re: NBN Superfast on Gargoyle
Thanks for the heads up, I wasn't planning on using the Wifi, except in an emergency if my Wifi router(ASUS RT-AC66U) died. So at the moment Wifi isn't even turned on. I had tested the ASUS RT-AC66U connected to Internode, and saw about 170Mb/s download, so was pleased when I speed tested over the W...

Re: NBN Superfast on Gargoyle
Yes, I believe that's the kind of speeds I should be seeing.
Now to go through and configure it like my Netgear.
Cool to see temperatures displayed.
Any plans to add a gui option to set VLAN? or are all different router variations too complicated to do that?

Re: NBN Superfast on Gargoyle
This is the contents of my network config file. Comparing it to my Netgears network config looks like VLAN 2 is setup on the WAN. config interface 'loopback' option ifname 'lo' option proto 'static' option ipaddr '127.0.0.1' option netmask '255.0.0.0' config globals 'globals' option ula_prefix 'fdab...

Re: NBN Superfast on Gargoyle
I guess lucky I couldn't tell which 1.10 version to use. I did do a fresh install of 1.12, and got stuck trying to work out how to set VLAN 2 for my ISP, which the router uses for its own purposes, even in Gargoyle.
Its Linksys WRT1900ACV2 according to the label on the bottom.

Re: NBN Superfast on Gargoyle
Bought a used Linksys WRT1900AC with the intent of putting Gargoyle on it. Correct me if I am wrong, but I should be able to put Gargoyle on it, and restore one of my backups from my Netgear WNDR3800 onto it, as long as I install the same version as my Netgear onto the Linksys? Edit: Not that easy, ...

Re: NBN Superfast on Gargoyle
Bugger, well that explains it.
Are there Gargoyle capable routers that would be able to route those speeds and more? Guessing I would need to find routers with faster processors?

NBN Superfast on Gargoyle
My ISP has upgraded my connection to what they call Superfast for 6 months. According to the ISP I should see around 200Mb/s download speeds, other people who have the temporary upgrade, are actually seeing around 250Mb/s. I have only been seeing around 100Mb/s on my Gargoyle WNDR3800. Out of curios...
