Any torrent in general, but it doesn't work currently. I've been meaning to fix that for ages.
Layer 7 matching doesn't work well in general due to encryption. We can no longer inspect the packets.

All reflashing did was reinitiate the wifi causing it to scan for other networks again.

What i'm getting at, is *default* QOS has a limit of 3000kbps... which is just slightly above the limit you are seeing. Which is leading me to believe that you literally touched none of the settings. I would try a factory reset for the invisible problem. I've never heard of it though. You should post the output of "iwinfo" when it happens, and a "logread". As for the decrease in speed occasionally, this is an issue with the driver. It is constantly being developed and improve...
