Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
Full port speed, or full port speed minus 14.4% QOS margin (If the automatic is on, you can specify up to 14.4% higher wan speed for Download QOS, thereby achieving full throughput, probably). These speeds are just really amazing on the 400mhz GLinet AR150. I wonder how many wifi clients it can hol...

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
I'm skeptical about these results... CPU utilization > 1 means that QoS just cannot work properly, imho. Your concern makes sense, at least in theory. In real life, I can play Starcrat II with insignificant increase in response times with loads of 3.XX and above. GUI is very unresponsive on theese ...

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
Hi everyone! Testing on an AR150 device over 500/500 link. Everything seems fine. Some speed test results: Default config after flash (QOS disabled/BWmon enabled): 94mbps/94mbps (hard limit by eth. top shows 0.70 cpu load with 10MBs download) QOS enabled (up and down, default rules)/ACC off/BWmon en...

Re: WR941ND v5 - Bricked downgrading 1.10 to 1.6.2
So, after a lot of pain, found the answer: 1- Openning way for wireshark/TFTP in Windows firewall wasn't enough. Shutting windows firewall off entirely did the trick; 2- Brick reason is: WR941ND v5 is not supported by WR841ND v8 1.6.2 firmware. Used WR841ND v8 1.9.2 firmware instead. Working like a ...

WR941ND v5 - Bricked downgrading 1.10 to 1.6.2
Hello everyone! Longstory short, I bricked my TP-Link WR941ND V5, witch is running as a WR841ND V8. It was running Gargoyle 1.10.0 with minor stability issues, so I decided to "improve" it by downgrading to 1.6.2 WR841ND V8 sysupgrade image, and got a brick. Normal bricked status is only P...
