Where did you download it? Is this a newer version?ehren8879 wrote:I loaded 1.5.X (Built 20121120-1751 git@40938a8) on my WNDR3700v1 and haven't had the aforementioned wireless issues arise in 9 days of continuous uptime. Let's hope the current AA's have this bug squashed.
Thanks for all the dev work guys.

Multiple USB Samba Share?
Looks like currently Gargoyles only allows one Samba share. Is there any way to allow multiples (I'm looking for two). What I'm trying to do is having one share read only for public and another one with read/write rights for specific user. It would be great if such setup be available in next version...

Re: How to upgrade to most current version
Thank you Eric for the reply!
I never thought I would change the core. What I was thinking was to get the package rebuilt on backfire.
I guess I will have to wait. I think It's gonna be too hard for me to compile/build the package. I do not even know where to start.

Re: Version 1.5.1 & 1.4.4
Are the core on 1.4.4 and 1.5.1 the same? I don'e really care about the extra features. Core should be the same between those 2 versions. On your WNDR3700 - you would lose TOR & this feature from 1.5.1: 5GHz and 2.4GHz SSIDS displayed seperately on overview page If you don't care about that - 1...

Re: Version 1.5.1 & 1.4.4
While waiting for the fixes, if I want to go to v1.4.4 from 1.5.1, can i simply downgrade the router with gargoyle_1.4.4-ar71xx-wndr3700-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin ? Yes that's the right one and yes you can go from 1.5.1 -> 1.4.4 using the sysupgrade.bin On another note, I love the 1.5.1 release. So f...

Re: Version 1.5.1 & 1.4.4
(1) I can confirm the bug with using opkg. It only affects ar71xx routers with a USB port in v1.5.1, stable v1.4.4 is unaffected. (2) I've tracked it down to the new USB print server packages. (3) I'm working to figure out what (exactly) is causing it now, and fixing it. No guarantees about when a ...
