You can use de Wireless Bridge mode of gargoyle.
This way you get internet to your wired network.

Have you tried adding option 'country' '<country code>' to the 'wifi-device' section of /etc/config/wireless file? Channel for EU

Is it possible to have the 13 channels allowed in the EU.
I tried to add
ath_ahb countrycode=<country code> to .etc/modules/50-madwifi

But does not seam to work.

Eric can you please add the extra channels to Gargoyle.

PS: tried this on firmware 1.0.16 running in a fonera 2100
