Could you please provide a screenshot of your QoS (Download/Upload) rules ? My brother also plays Overwatch, and since i flashed Gargoyle, i can do pretty much whatever i want with the bandwidth while he's playing, and i've not heard of any complaints since then. By the way, my internet is 25Mb/2,5Mb.
