You will want to modify the config file for ramips/mt7621 and turn on kmod-nf-ipvs, then compile with
make FULL_BUILD=true ramips.mt7621

opkg => gpkg

Did you do a gpkg update first?
Regardless, even if you do find the kmod to install, it is going to complain about it being built for the wrong kernel.
You will need to custom compile this for yourself.

Noting that hardware/software offload are somewhat incompatible with some Gargoyle features

If you are able to get it into a fail safe mode and ssh in, then you should be able to use SCP to move a sysupgrade file into /tmp and run the sysupgrade from there.

For tftp, your ip should be 192.168.0.66, not .1.66
Try that and hopefully more success
