Re: Help setting up VPN client
Do you know what gargoyle packages to select in menuconfig to get the equivalent to a standard gargoyle build in addition to the extra kernel modules? Administration -> Gargoyle I let my system building a new image with all helpers tonight, I think now is just a matter of firewall rules root@Gargoy...

Re: Help setting up VPN client
Doritos, I think you have made some good progress! Was your success just from compiling from source and including all of the correct packages/modules? Yes, you need to compile those modules built in. Even if you generate separated IPKs, you'll receive a segfault when you try to insmod, you must cho...

Re: Help setting up VPN client
Have you tried loading them with: insmod kmod-gre or insmod ip_gre? or with a router reboot? Yes, you're right, It give me some simbol errors and doesn't load. I'm compiling last version from source to see what happens if using the same opkg, next try would be building the kmod and pptp as a built ...

Re: Help setting up VPN client
Sorry, I didn't make it clear I was using PPTP. The point is: everything is working, apart the routing/firewall issue. I can connect, get a remote IP, the connection is stable, I simple cannot ping the remote point The mods and kernel versions match (I know they are not built at the same time, but.....

Re: Multi wan support
Yes, me too please!! Would this be different from the multiwan support already available for openwrt? The problem is that implementation of multiwan would need to be tied to Gargoyle's QOS routines? Mike yep.. I started to learn how Eric did the QoS and did not find so easy to adapt the multiwan pa...

Exactly the same issue here... rolled back to 1.3.16asayler wrote:I just updated my TP-Link TL-WR1043ND to 1.4.0 from 1.3.16 using the sysupgrade bin file. The upgrade went fine, but I'm experiencing fairly significant stability issues vs 1.3.16.

Multi wan support
Anyone interested in this feature?
Some time ago I've made some scripts for dd-wrt and now need this again. perhaps I could do the same for gargoyle if there is interest.
