Sounds like good progress, good wofk Eric.
Has anyone confirmed this build on Linksys WRT54GL v1.1 ? I'm still stuck on 1.3.7 some suggested this may be a available ram issue and that indeed this recent builds are just too big for this unit.

Re: VOIP router + Gargoyle router
Is there a way to connect a company's VoIP phone to a users home computer? I am doing a project for school and I have the basic fundamentals down for implementing the system. I was wondering if it was possible with a functional VoIP Phone at an office for a user to connect to his/her phone from the...

Is this a bug in gargoyle_firewall_util.sh script ?
Looking through gargoyle_firewall_util.sh from 1.3.7 I'm not sure if I have found a couple of typos or if I'm just misreading the script. In particular, see the spelling of vars "egress_exits" & "ingress_exits" assignments vs the if blocks which reference "egress_exists&...

How to isolate IP/MAC to only see WAN
I want to restrict one IP/Mac address to only have access to WAN and not internal network. Can this be achieved with firewall restrictions or do I need special vlan setup. Existing network: Separate non Gargoyle WiFi TP-Link router bridged to Linksys WRT54GL using wired port. WRT54GL is running Garg...

Re: Version 1.3.10: Broadcom 2.6, Dual Band N
Is anyone else with a WRT54GL having similar problems? Yes, I flashed from 1.3.7 onto my WRT54GL 1.1 last night and spent till wee hours trying to recover from that situation. These are the steps symptoms as best I remember them: 1. upgraded using web ui to 1.3.10 trx which I verified with md5sum a...

Re: Dynamic DNS updater not working in 1.3.7
Jut bitten by this again today. My IP changed but updater did not update my no-ip account. Pressing force update, I get message box telling me "Update successful", but update has not happened, and timestamp on last update in gargoyle remains the same. However if I disable the entry,...

Re: Version 1.3.7 & remote web admin
I don't know if this existed in previous versions to 1.3.7, but despite disabling remote web admin, the http &/or https (if that is what is selected in web admin) are visible on the external interface. This is quite a serious security concern as it obviously would not survive a simple brute forc...

Connections dropped when rules changed
Whenever I enable or disable firewall restrictions and then apply and save the changes, all machines on the network lose existing wan connections even if the effected rules do not apply to them. I hate to keep comparing to Tomato firmware but unfortunately it did not have this issue and I switched t...
