The images are gone (I’ll have to fix that). Are the instructions sufficient for the putty ssh section?

It’s hard to advise any further, and I agree that without serial you’re at a bit of a decision point which will either pay off or get you really stuck. Unpopular option, replace the hardware. It’s old, there’s better stuff out there for reasonable (and unreasonable) prices. But I know that is not al...

That seems correct.
To improve the likelihood of success (as we don’t know if Gargoyle is the culprit yet), I’d be inclined to TFTP flash it with plain OpenWrt first. Maybe 23.05.5?
If that is successful, you can then attempt to sysupgrade to Gargoyle 1.15.x after.

Re: Buffalo WZR-HP-G300NH unresponsive after upgrade to Gargoyle 1.15.x BETA - 2025-03-31
First question, did you attempt to preserve settings? That would have been a mistake. If that happened then you would attempt failsafe and reset the device again. Assuming you did not do that, your next option is TFTP flashing. https://openwrt.org/toh/buffalo/wzr-hp-g300h?s%5B%5D=wzr&s%5B%5D=hp&...

However, I will provide a test image and the build config such that you can build your own if you would like to. Give me some time to come back on this. Okay. Thanks Give this a try https://lantisproject.com/downloads/gargoylebuilds/details?build=1.15.x_0_TestBuilds&target=ipq40xx_chromium_2025...

Re: Gargoyle 1.15.x BETA - 2025-03-31 - Based on OpenWrt 23.05
Hi, any chance of a Gargoyle image for Google Wifi AC-1304? Hi, yes... and no. Mostly no I'm sorry. That device is part of an ipq40xx subtarget called "chromium" which supports 1 single device, your device. It is a bit wasteful to introduce a whole new subtarget just for a single d...

If you were already on one in the series yes it should be fine. There have not been any breaking changes so far. Updated from the previous 1.15.x build to the latest one preserving settings this morning with no issues. Unfortunately, I'm still unable to connect to the rourer using httpS. Tried work...

I don’t believe it is installed by default on any devices due to its size. It’s not massive but it’s not small.
It can be installed from the plugin repo.

Re: Impossible to choose a static IP when enabling the Wireless Bridge mode ?
No there isn’t, Gargoyle takes it as DHCP from the upstream AP.
In theory you could modify the wwan network config from dhcp to static, however I have never tried it.
It would be more usual to set the static ip from the upstream AP
