You'll need to install on that one.
The easiest check is probably the presence of /etc/config/gargoyle_stamgr If you're already on WinSCP, but the plugin manager in the GUI is easier visually.

Gcc should remain at 7.5.0, you may need to make clean to fix the build environment. And make sure you have the latest code. Yes the STA Manager plugin is available as part of 1.12.0. It might already be installed depending on which device. Otherwise installing via the plugin manager as usual. Yes, you can bring the old /etc/hosts and /etc/ethers files. No, you can't restore or preserve settings, as per the countless warnings.
