Re: Geo-filtering?

Hi you cant ad it as a Gargoyle plug-in. You can install the Gargoyle plug-in for command line or what ever it's called and then coppy and paste the commands in line by line. You will not be able to check if it's working in the GUI, but it will show up in the system logs.

You could look in to running a proxy on a R-Pi. Even then tho the R-Pi has a slow network connection. The Ethernet port is over the USB.

Sorry that is beyond Gargoyle. You could do it by installing a OpenWRT package but It mite mess with a lot of the things Gargoyle does like firewalling and things.

Re: Archer TPLINK C7.. will 1.10.x brick it or..?

Hi as far as I know the warning is outdated. The code to work with the new flash chip is in the updated OpenWRT that was bumped in the 1.10 build.

Re: TLWDR3600 general issues.

Hi I have 2 of these routers and they both run fine. 1 runs as a router and one a dumb AP. Both on 1.10 I am sorry to say that I think you have a bad flash chip. One thing you could try is a different power supply. If that don't help then i am afrade that's a new router for you my friend.

Re: 75 Mbps

If you want to use the wifi the 3200 5ghz driver can be a bit flakie. So if you want to use 5ghz wifi the 1900ac is better if you are going to use one of your old routers as a AP then the 3200ac will be fine.

Re: 75 Mbps

Hi sorry to say that the c7 1.1 will not have any working wifi if you flash it with Gargoyle. As for the 3200 it is one if not the fastest routers you can by, to get faster you would have to run a x86 router EG a purpose built box which can cost a lot and is a pane in the arse to run Gargoyle on any...
