Re: PXE Booting environment for Gargoyle

As a rule any questions outside the GUI are better asked at OpenWRT (you can still ask here if you want)

Just think of Gargoyle as a GUI for OpenWRT.

(This statement is true at a basic level but when you get into it Gargoyle is a little more than a GUI)

Re: Partition number (if applicable)

You had me laughing quite hard! "For the average home user"? I rather doubt the "the average home user" is changing their firmware to a customized Linux distribution! But, if it gives you pleasure to believe it, so be it. There are egyptologists that believe the sarcophagi in th...

Re: Partition number (if applicable)

It's an evolution

In the beginning there was only one router and everything was built into the firmware. Then we added features but ran out of flash space. Different routers different flash size.

The way forward is plug-ins you choose what you want.

Re: gl.inet mt300n-v2 as LTE access point

You can try 3ginfo plugin from obsy. https://eko.one.pl/?p=openwrt-3ginfo If it works well i would consider bringing it into the main Gargoyle repository. Any tips on how to point to the repository https://i.imgur.com/Kx7RTfX.png https://github.com/obsy/packages/tree/master/plugin-gargoyle-3ginfo
