Re: Gargoyle-ispy 2013-January-22.7z

Man, I'm not sure what's going on here or what magic you have worked ispy. But I'm getting the best wireless performance I've ever had.

WAN port picky with latest firmwares

With every firmware so far that has been on the new OpenWRT release the WAN port on my wndr3700 and my tplink1043 have been picky. They work fine on 1.5.x before the openwrt change and they work fine on the stable 1.4.x releases. If I try enough times the router (any of them, I have 5, don't use the...

Re: Gargoyle + WNDR3700v1

The "special" build has been working great on the WNDR3700v1. Haven't tried it on the tp-link wr1043 since the netgear seems to be much faster.

I did have to go around to my wireless devices and have them "forget" the network. But once I re-added it they've all been solid.

Re: Gargoyle + WNDR3700v1

I have what I think is a wndr3700v1 that I've never used. With gargoyle and my tp-link wr1043 not getting along very well anymore. I was wondering how the wndr3700v1 does on gargoyle? From my understanding and asumptions,,,,,,,,It appears the Eric suspects problems with ath9k wifi drivers? From my ...

I do see based on hardware specs it's got the same flash space, double the ram and a faster cpu.

It's definitely just WiFi, if I'm on one of my desktops or server when this happens I never notice it.

Yes it is 1.8. The wiki page is a little funny. I get blazing performance on openwrt rc5. But have WiFi issues with rc6. Maybe it was a bad flash....
