Thanks, I just got a username and password from my ISP and I'm all set to go. It would be nice if the Gargoyle PPPoE setup screen was included in the wiki screenshots. With all the talk about child protection, blocking websites and firewalls for security I would have thought the ISP supplied router ...

The TG589vac has a PPPoE setup screen which has a (ISP provided) Username and password (grayed out). The Netgear OE rom has a similar PPPoE setup screen. If I select 'connect via to PPPoE' in Gargoyle is there then a screen for Username and Password input I didn't spot in the Wiki screens? I would h...

PPPoE and Gargoyle
Hi, I'm a bit dumb on routers but here's my problem I can't find an answer to: I'm with a UK ISP fibre service. Incoming is to a BTOpenreach box followed by the ISPs Thomson TG589vac router which is pretty dumb like me and can't block websites. This is a standard setup for UK ISPs including Plusnet....
