Is this normal?

(when I ping 192.198.1.1) https://i.imgur.com/Fj1CscA.png My discord seems to lag/cut out for like 15 seconds and then goes back to normal happens randomly. I'm using a WRT1200acv2 on ispy's latest beta, aka Jan, 23rd. Download QoS: https://i.imgur.com/jTEWcFA.png & https://i.imgur.com/g1XIdlN.p...

I know, I was testing out the davidc502 firmware. Which is build upon LEDE, but I came back to gargoyle as it fits my needs much better.

Question about upgrading my router.

I currently have a TL-WR841N V9, and I was wondering if upgrading to a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND V2 would be worth it?

Re: MinRTT Not Always Triggering?

No, it is not supposed to be in MinRTT mode when your link is not saturated. It kicks in when it is needed. While the interface may momentarily say "800ms", this isn't in my experience actually true. Have you seen in a game that you momentarily hit 800ms? I can't see the pings in game, bu...

Re: MinRTT Not Always Triggering?

Transitioning from Idle to Active or MinRTT will involve some spiking of pings while ACC throttles the connection to regain control. Within around 2 seconds the performance should recover. There is no practical way to keep ACC out of IDLE mode on an unloaded link. When ACC shows 800ms in its status...

MinRTT Not Always Triggering?

I thought MinRTT was supposed to always be on when the class exceeded 4kbps, but as you can see here: http://imgur.com/a/0ujqb it is still in "IDLE" mode. My problem is when its in idle and I'm playing COD whenever I start to watch a YT Video or stream music it will go from IDLE to MinRTT....

Re: Ping Spiking to 800ms because of ACC QoS (Need Help)

In principle there should be no additional lag in an minRTT class caused by a transition from Active to minRTT mode. This has never been claimed by any user in the past on this forum to my knowledge. This means you have to do extra work to prove this is in fact the case. In your report you said thi...

So Does the "Manually control target ping time" set a target ping for only devices in the MiniRTT? Or does it Set a target ping for devices outside the MiniRTT class
