Thanks -- I installed 1.9.1 last night, and I'll report back on how it goes. It's already reporting that my laptop used 2.3 GB of data in the last 12 hours, so it looks like it's working so far. I really only use Gargoyle for bandwidth monitoring, and don't use QoS or any of the other more advanced ...

I think you're misinterpreting my problem -- my machines are all reporting significantly less bandwidth use with Gargoyle than they used to, even though my habits haven't changed, and my ISP is reporting consistent usage. I only used the laptop as an example, as ther his no way it's using only 3.59 ...
