Hello Lantis. I did recently also brick the WR940N v3 international, after flashing the "gargoyle_1.9.1-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr941nd-v6-squashfs-factory.bin". But- that is not a problem, since I was able to restore the original TP-Link firmware using tftpd. In fact, I was able to flash OpenWR...

Re: TL-WR1043ND V3
This file from the first page (https://www.dropbox.com/s/wirn7v0ljdt6tne/gargoyle_1.9.0-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr1043nd-v3-squashfs-factory.bin?dl=0) should work on the stock v3 firmware. At least it did for me on my 2nd V3. Just selected it under web FW update in the original V3 firmware and it flashed ...

Re: TL-WR1043ND V3
I receive the following error when attempting to upgrade with oviano's firmware: "Please choose a file to upgrade!" I already did choose a file : gargoyle_1.8.1-ar71xx-generic-tl-wr1043nd-v3-squashfs-factory.bin When I browse to tp-link's firmware file, I do not receive this error. Does a...

Better WiFi settings
Hey guys, so Ive tried the Gargoyle firmware and its good overal. I was wondering why there is no setting for automatic WiFi channel selection, since I think the stock TP Link firmware actually supports auto wifi channel selection. Also I think it would be nice to be able to turn on/off 2,4-GHz and ...

Re: TL-WR1043ND V3
Yeah it should be possible to support it.
V2 and V3 have identical hardware, the only difference is the firmware.
Im running Gargoyle 1.9 on my V3 which was downgraded to V2 without any issues, works great.

Re: TL-WR1043ND V3
Hello guys, first of all thanks to the devs for the great Firmware. I wanted to try it mainly because of the Adblock feature. First I was kinda disappointed that TL-WR1043ND V3 isnt supported yet. However you can actually DOWNGRAGE the V3 to V2 and then use Gargoyle with it. What I did was I first u...
