For the people who bricked their tp-wr1043nd You can recover your device using tftp recovery First you need to change your computer's IP Address to 192.168.0.66 with subnet mask 255.255.255.0 And you need tftp server such as tftpd32 that you can download from following site http://tftpd32.jounin.ne...

I tried upgrade from build may 11 to this build with preserved settings checked, result in brick my 1043nd v1 again (only power light and lan light is on). Had to use tftp recovery.

Flashed on mine TL-WR1043ND v1.10 with preserved settings and so far so good. I only got a soft reboot after first boot (it already happen when I use preserve settings other times) but after that no more problems. PS: Be aware if you have v1 of this router and you are comming from older builds befor...

Have you tried built in tftp? I tried but nothing. My router is v1.10. I got lan ports working and power light only. Here is what i tried with tftp: I changed my ip adress to 192.168.0.66 (my router ip was 192.168.0.1) Then I open "tftpd by Jounin" and power up my router, but don't happen...

Thanks for the new build :) I flashed it on my wrt1200 with preserve settings checked as i always do. Which worked always fine. I upgraded from the last feb build. Everything seems fine at first. But after editing some acc settings my device went dead? I did exactly the same on mine tp link wr1043n...
