Not hardware, since I've had the same issue against a number of different routers. I think there is something in the code that's bugging out when you make changes.

I'm trying to figure out how to block youtube during certain times. I went to restrictions, block URL(s), block dmoain contains youtube.com...but it doesn't work.

any ideas? Is this because it's https? is there a way to do this?

I just noticed the issue again. And you and right, there is no way i can describe how to reproduce it, since it's happening in the background of the router. Just seems to be that there is something corrupting the rule set.
