The reason I want to block all ports except for a few is that my kids have set times when they are supposed to be doing homework and gaming is not allowed. But, they do need web access for researching assignments and such so I cant block access completely. So I figure, If I could allow only port 80 ...

I have a range of ip addresses that i want to block all gaming network traffic to/from. Idealy the only thing that should work would be web browsing. A have installed 1.9.1 on the alternate partition for the time being and the issue does not happen in 1.9.1

Ok so this is what is happening. Reboot router Open a cmd window and set a continuous ping test happenimg to my isp Web page. Ping responds fine for about 10 seconds and then request timed out.
