Fixed!!!!

My network cable from my pc was connected to the modem lan port instead of the gargoyle router!

Now to learning how to assign quotas to various ip addresses.

I changed the ip of the router as you advised, saved and rebooted router. Now i am unable to access the router interface. (( Is there any way to find out what the new ip address is from what i thought i did change it too?? ))
