block.hosts was empty, but replacing lines 105 and 106 and running "update lists" filled it.
thanks!!

Re: Adblock Plugin
Because the list you're looking to add is relatively small (10-15 addresses ) you can just add them manually in the GUI to the blacklist. This will automatically include them with all other ad sites it loads during regular operation. There's only 3 sections in the GUI, block, black and white. Hopef...

where is the blacklist?
Hey everyone, thanks for the firmware, and the adblock plugin. I have installed it (system - plugins - refresh plugins, then install "dns adblock for gargoyle"), and enabled it (firewall - adblock - "enable adblock") I'd like to add samsung tv ads addresses (https://gist.github.c...

Re: Settings randomly reset (?)
Hi dlogictech, Thanks for replying! 1) Does this happen very often? what is the frequency that this happens. This is the second time it happens since I bought the TL-WDR3600 this summer. 2) What version of firmware are you using? 1.7.1 3) Did you perform the firmware upgrade with or without the pres...

Settings randomly reset (?)
Hi everyone,
This is the second time it happens since I bought the TL-WDR3600 since summer.
I woke up this morning, and all the settings are back to default.
Anyone had this happen to them?
thanks!

Re: Best way to share with neighbour in a fair way?
You need routers all for this. Gargoyle does not support VLANs and you do not need them. Alright, I think I understand. Cable modem connects to MAIN ROUTER. Master router: WAN IP: given by ISP LAN IP: 192.168.0.1 DHCP server on, 192.168.0.X LAN port1 connected to client router 1's WAN port LAN port...

Re: Best way to share with neighbour in a fair way?
If all routers have a DHCP server (192.168.1.x for first appartment, 192.168.2.x for second.. etc..) , does that mean I will have to do some double NATting?
thanks again!
thanks again!

Re: Best way to share with neighbour in a fair way?
thanks pbix for the quick reply.
I was planning on using a router per appartment to multiply ports and access points, but I thought I could simply use them as switches (with DHCP off) and let the main router assign IPs based on the VLAN/appartment? Is that the way you would proceed?
cheers!
