But..signal of internet of speed connectiom router-router link? Router-router is 11-18mbps but net is 6mbps

TL-WR741ND client+ap very low speed
I have a TL-WR741ND V1.8 and I set-up a Client+AP connection to amplify other router In the "host" router I have 6-7mbps more or less, and in the 741nd I have 1mbps The router host and this arent much far away, It shows 40% signal And I connect to wr741n with 3-4bars Im using gargoyle 1.6....
