If you're a Gamer, I heavily recommend changing the default ruleset on the fast class from 128 down to 64 otherwise you'll have excessive latency if you have someone else streaming video on your network at the same time.

COD will always be a mixed bag due to Client hosted games, you won't be able to eradicate it completely but can improve it using some of the information in the DSCP thread.

PS4 UDP in its own Class (50% Alloc)
UDP and ICMP into another dedicated QoS Class (40% Allow)
