I haven't enabled QoS.
It looks to me like the second Ethernet (LAN) port is bridged to the WAN port.
I'd like to put this in the same subnet as the WLAN. Is this possible?

Re: SMCWBR11-G(Fonera+) Strangeness
Hi Eric, I managed to fix it. The Redboot script was empty.
Thanks for a great tool - Only thing now is I have to figure out how to configure the use the LAN port as I would like.

Re: SMCWBR11-G(Fonera+) Strangeness
After more searching - Reboot is not booting - I have to load the kernal and exec.... at least that is fixable and the router is still working. Re: SMCWBR11-G(Fonera+) Strangeness
Well redboot is still working and I loaded Openwrt.
FonFlash is not working and after a reset I cannot access the router.
....perhaps the boot script is not working?

Re: SMCWBR11-G(Fonera+) Strangeness
I wonder if I have bricked it..... Telnet connects and I get a prompt telling me the router will boot in X.XX seconds but if I hit ^c nothing happens. Same if I just leave the router to startup... I tried Fonflash(Which worked before) and it stops after displaying the peer/client mac/ip addresses. A...

SMCWBR11-G(Fonera+) Strangeness
Hi, I have Gargoyle running as a gateway on the SMCWBR11-G. This device has a wired LAN port and a WAN port. I've managed to setup wireless and its working as expected but if I connect to the LAN port it appears to bridge the WAN and LAN port and my laptop gets an IP address on the Hotel network. Wh...
