Re: Routing issue with latest firmware
Yes, I can easily imagine that Gargoyle gets confused by those 2 subnets... But I also think that, once VPN tunnel is established and 192.168.1.x subnet is routed through that, the 192.168.1.x subnet on the right should be invisible to Gargoyle clients. And actually Gargoyle 1.8 behaved correctly. I...

Routing issue with latest firmware
Hello all, I have installed latest stable version 1.10.0, and I've noticed something strange, that did not happen with previous stable (1.8.1). Here's my network layout: https://i.postimg.cc/9DmKTRn6/Network-Layout.png Gargoyle LAN is 192.168.0.x/24; Gargoyle acts as OpenVPN client; in my parent's h...

Sharing an USB drive: which protocol?
I'd like to share a folder on my USB drive. Router is WNDR3700v2, with Gargoyle latest version: 1.10.0 This folder contains videos to be played with Kodi on Amazon Fire TV Stick. That is easy but: I don't want to login and manually unmount the drive any time I power-off the router, or I unplug the d...

Re: DLNA issues
Ok... the problem seemed to be with Kodi on FireTV Stick... because when try with VLC on Windows, it works.
Anyway it seems that DLNA takes too much resources from the router, so I have to use a different method to share the folder.
I'll open a new thread
Thanks a lot.

Thank you

Re: DLNA issues
Thanks for the suggestion... here's the log. It actually did not reveal much. There are a few AVI files not being correctly recognized, and I've removed the relative lines, otherwise it would have been too long. DLNA issues
Good morning to all, What I need is to share a folder with video on an external USB HDD. Files have to be played with the Fire TV Stick by Amazon (I'd like to use Kodi). I tried to enable DLNA and to share the HDD. DLNA server starts scanning the media, and he finds all the files (it's less than 150...
