Thanks. I'd found a similar article & managed to get the router up & running again. Main problem I had in the process was that windows telnet wouldn't connect - don't know why. PuTTY on Linux worked, once I remembered to change from the default connection type from SSH to telnet!

I have the same problem with the 1043nd (V1.8, running Gargoyle 1.4.7 - really must get round to an update). Rebooting was not reliably resetting the time.
