I have the same issue as the OP and I have no idea which machine is initiating it. This is what the connection entry looks like: udp 142.254.179.173:67 0.000 kBytes 255.255.255.255:68 104.832 kBytes And from the connected hosts page: Hostname Host IP Host MAC (unknown) 142.254.179.173 unknown 0 0 1

Just noticed this for the first time this morning too. Mine shows 142.254.179.173 which is Time-Warner Cable, connecting to 255.255.255.255:67 which is DHCP so I hope you're right. Since the Heartbleed bug became knowledge I've been feeling a little insecure.
