Another update.

Ftp uploading, Speedtest.net (Upload Test) make my ping extrem! over 400ms... BUT Uploading to YouTube my Ping is 30ms! and Its using the SAME amount of upload BW to YouTube as it is to FTP and Speedtest

See Screenshot QOS is working by limiting my Upload.. BUT my Ping is crap which something is not right.

My Upload QOS is limiting my 2mb upload just fine. Like any other upload qos on simple routers.. But Heres my problem see the screen shot in the next post, my PING is extreamly high when uploading as if my upload is not being throttled by QoS which it is! I can successfully have a ping of under 30ms...
