Re: openSSL heartbleed vulnerability

Please read the rest of the thread. The opkg update is broken due to a bug in gpkg.

Is there any resolution to that issue?

Thanks,

OK, I can't find a way to do this. gpkg has a bug so that you can't install local .ipk files. http://www.gargoyle-router.com/phpbb/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=5387 I tried changing opkg.conf to point to trunk of openwrt src/gz attitude_adjustment http://dowloads.openwrt.org/snapshots/trunk/ar71xx/packag...

Any solution to this? I'm getting this same thing when trying to update openssl for the heartbleed bug. root@tplink:/tmp# opkg install /tmp/libopenssl_1.0.1g-1_ar71xx.ipk ERROR: No package named libopenssl found, try updating your package lists EDIT: looks like this bug : https://github.com/ericpaul...

Re: openSSL heartbleed vulnerability

I would assume that you need to fix the openssl on the router and regenerate keys for openVPN. I'm not sure what you quoted means. You can add stunnel to the list of services that might be on your Gargoyle router that need to have openSSL updated and certificates regenerated. Does anyone have a desc...

Changing from kB/MB to kbps/Mbps in BW graphs

I'm a new user of Gargoyle and am loving it! Took my router out of the box and had Gargoyle up and running and replacing my current router in under an hour, with advanced QOS, DHCP reservations, and port forwarding. One nit though, is it possible to see current bandwidth and bandwidth monitoring in ...
