Re: Version 1.8.0 - Stable
Eric, can you provide kmod-ipt-geoip/iptables-mod-geoip for the Version 1.8.0 because the module is not compiled with the same kernel like the installed kernel root@Gateway:~# opkg list|grep geoip iptables-mod-geoip - 2.3-1 - geoip iptables extension kmod-ipt-geoip - 3.10.49+2.3-1 - geoip netfilter ...

IP Block Country

I tried to install geoip but it is not working to install root@Gateway:~# opkg install iptables-mod-geoip ERROR: Dependency kmod-ipt-geoip of package iptables-mod-geoip cannot be found, try updating your package lists...

Re: openvpn with 2048bit Keys
I have found 3 files where the value 1024 have to be replaced to 2048.
Then you can generate via GUI 2048 Keys.

openvpn with 2048bit Keys
Hello,
Gargoyle is generating generally only 1024bit Keys. Is it possible to increase it to 2048bit?
Thanks Tom

how is "web usage" working?
I am interested to know how "web usage" is working.
Is it showing the dns requests or is the router sniffing all packets?

Re: QoS shapes my Upload
You enter 95% of your upload speed on the upload QoS screen. That is the standard recommendation. Without that QoS may not work. To get QoS to work you have to sacrifice some bandwidth. It's the price you pay. Thx for your reply. But losing bandwith is not qos like. Perhaps in the gargoyle world :l...

Re: QoS shapes my Upload
I did post the whole screen from up and download qos.
without qos i reach 2,4Mbit. Why should I use 2,28 Mbit?
The custom target is my dns server 2 hops away from me.
