just a basic question, while setting up my minimum bandwidth for qos download limits in gargoyle, do i have to set it up based on my connection speed(8 Mbps - speedtest/adsl)..... or is it based on my actual download speed(1 MBps) -in other words... is it measured in kilobits or kilobytes in gargoyl...
