Re: QoS Bandwidth Limits not always being respected
This is still happening on version 1.1.7. Upload cap set to 200 Kbps, it's uploading at over 50 KBps... at one point it was over 70. When I first set the cap it was uploading at about 20 KBps, but now that the router has had an uptime of 11 days it's stopped working... http://img194.imageshack.us/im...

Re: Upgrading from Tomato on WRT54GL
I would think you should be able to, I switched from dd-wrt.

QoS Bandwidth Limits not always being respected
Hello, I'm having an issue with my QoS settings (most noticeably bandwidth limits) not always being respected. I have one of my upload classes capped at 200 kbits/s (approx 25 KB/s), this upload class is set to limit all traffic from a particular IP. This IP is linked to a Virtual Machine running on...

Re: PPPoE WAN bug?
Actually, it seems to have gone away for me, after my previous post it had started happening but then stopped after one of the firmware updates

Re: Version 1.1.2
Ah-ha, so that's why the b/w distribution wasn't working. I hadn't had time to mess around with it to see why (I'm on Opera). Thanks!

Re: PPPoE/DNS bug in 1.1.1
So I upgraded to 1.1.1 a while back and I haven't had any issues, that was very odd. I don't know what caused that.

You can also assign a max bandwidth to each IP.

Re: PPPoE/DNS bug in 1.1.1
2 Things: A. I upgraded to 1.1.1 and this time I did get DNS servers when connecting. After I tested that I restored the 1.0.14 settings and I now still have DNS servers. B. I'll report if I don't have DNS servers again in the morning, and if I don't I'll try the 1.0.10 firmware to see if that fixes...

Re: PPPoE/DNS bug in 1.1.1
Hi Eric,
The issue with the DNS servers happened again last night. I guess I'll have to try a few different firmware versions, I'm guessing this has to do with the changes to 1.0.11/1.0.12.
Thanks,
Maniac

Re: PPPoE/DNS bug in 1.1.1
I'm using Opera as my browser and I use the following pages: Connection: Basic, DHCP, DDNS Firewall: Port Forwarding, Restrictions, QoS I would think it should be possible to setup the config file in such a way as to make it cross-version compatible. Maybe set up some sort of sub-version number for ...
