So, the way I have it set up right now will only match if the source and destination both fall within one of the single ranges specified in an individual rule? That makes sense. Since I can't specify multiple ranges in a single rule (or at least it doesn't appear that I can), the better way to do it...

QoS Download rules:
FaceTime traffic isn't being caught by those rules though, instead, they're falling into the default Slow category.
