Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
Not sure the Connection > Basic > “Use Custom MAC address” is being respected? I have this set to c1:04:15:90:f7:cf and the “Use Custom MAC Address” box checked But Status > Overview > WAN > WAN MAC Address reports C4:04:15:90:F7:EF Status > Overview > Lan > LAN MAC Address reports C4:04:15:90:F7:E...

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
2nd configuration: router no.1 = OpenWrt 17.01, router no.2 = Openwrt 18.06, router no.3 = Gargoyle 1.11.0 - all stopped broadcasting at different time horizons, same error. Confirms WiFi failures for TL-WR1043ND V2 and V3 routers. These routers only? Yes, these models are TL-WR1043ND V2 and V3. Fo...

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
It runs the same driver as 18.06, so if you could compare your settings between the two that would be helpful. I have been testing for a long time (problems have arisen since the LEDE vision), this outage is time consuming and not immediately in vain. 1st configuration: Router No.1 = OpenWrt 15.05,...

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
Confirms WiFi failures for TL-WR1043ND V2 and V3 routers. Tested on 3rd products, it stops broadcasting at different times, nothing logged in the log, the LED is on, the SSID is not visible (probably a driver fall). I have this confirmed on OpenWrt distribution, tested on 17.01 and 18.06, tested on ...

Re: dchp to router behind bridge
I guess I found an error:
1. You have a typo in the IP address 192.169. - Fix at 192.168.
2. Correct duplicate names in /etc/hosts.
after restart, everything should work.

Re: dchp to router behind bridge
It seems to me that the MAC address is already at least twice and therefore there is a collision. - I recommend restarting routers and seeing who is called R6120. - If there is still a collision, try to change the MAC address of the WAN port on Router 2, and assign Gargoyle a new MAC correspondent. ...

Re: dchp to router behind bridge
I did not understand the direction of communication before. My Theories: 1. Gargoyle router (192.168.3.1, DHCP static reservation Mimi-rtr 08:02:8E:DF:0C:F5 192.169.3.99) 2. UBNT Bridge - Static IP (192.168.3.5, disabling Auto IP Aliasing) 3. Router - DHCP client - here is an important MAC address t...

Re: dchp to router behind bridge
Just checking.. any thoughts? Hello, Each interface should have its MAC address, ie. Wireless Interface (pseudoBridge) DC:9F:DB:94:55:5E - serves as a connection Physical interface (br0, eth0, ...) 08:02:8E:DF:0C:F5 - serves as packet transfer This is what I saw with a friend on RouterBoard (Router...

Re: Gargoyle 1.11.0 Release Candidate 5
f2fs is possibly the only one that wouldn’t let it boot properly. Including ath9/10k are both quite big for the sake of a single target. If it works I may need to split it into a new target profile. The main issue appears to be the initramfs. I used initramfs from here: https://downloads.openwrt.or...
