Just flashed a WRT54GL with 1.4.7 and had the dropped routing issue, also occured on another WRT54G shortly beforehand. I ssh'ed into the 54G and could ping a website from the cli, so it's some issue with the system rather than the network beyoned... I have now lowered the power to 19dBm so will see...
