I'm not sure how to install this build. I use the fon flash utility but I thought it used the vmlinux.gz and squashfs files not this lzma file.

Sorry for the double post but I think I see the issue. The fon stays connected in client mode, the AP it creates shuts down and then reverts to WPA RADIUS. You can see that in the log here.
