Re: Wifi driver with Gargoyle on atheros 231x target
Figured out that atheros target uses madwifi by default, even in 1.5.8 which is based on attitude adjustment which by default implements ath5k for atheros target. Now, how closely is Gargoyle webfront-end coupled with underlying drive management functions? With other words, if I replace madwifi with...

Gargoyle size comapred to Luci
Hi, I have not used Gargoyle for a while but am impressed how far it got. I am interested to port it to rampis targets and explore how custom pages can be written and integrated. One major frustration with Luci, which I use for my custom builds so far, is that it is large, very large, once all depen...

Hi,

Re: engenius 2610 unresponsive
Hi Eric,
Could you please describe how you patched the problem? I would like to put together a patch for OpenWrt and am interested in the approach you took.
Thank you
Hanno

Re: FonFlash issues
It gets weirder. I manually flashed the files to the exact same positions in the memory as your fis list output had shown - well, the Fonera+ does not even boot up properly. Argh! I am at a loss here. I cannot explain this with anything else other than a hardware fault. Any alternative suggestions w...

Re: FonFlash issues
Thanks for the off-topic feedback. I have removed phone numbers - although optional anyway so far - and will think about the address details. Going back on-topic. Your fis list output interesting. using your LaFonera software (updated version) I get this fis list RedBoot> fis list Name FLASH addr Me...

Re: FonFlash issues
Thanks for testing. I can see the heartbeat loud and clear, OpenVPN and CoovaChilli working. Goody! That means my firmware is not at fault. Just to humor me, could you send me the output of Redboot> fis list of this Fonera+, please? I will give it one ore try. On the account issue, you are right, th...

Re: FonFlash issues
Thank you for your tests. Now, that is interesting that everything 'seems' to work fine. I am making the assumption you have the Fon+ connected to the internet when testing it, right? If you are connected when you are testing it, it does not work fine, because if the firmware ran OK I should see a h...
