Re: Attached Hard Drive Slow?
Just got the refurb drive in the mail and I so far am able to mount one drive to one WNDR3700v1 and the other to WNDR3700v2 and copy the files over. I hope this holds up before completely failing.

Re: Attached Hard Drive Slow?
To add I flashed to the latest firmware and same issue. The drive is a Seagate external USB and I was able to use SeaTools and it instantly failed the short test. So that's my answer.

Attached Hard Drive Slow?
I am on 1.5.9 on a WNDR 3700 v2. I have a 3TB USB drive hooked up and it has been working fine up until a couple days ago. I noticed the last time it seemed slow I just deleted some files and it was working fine again. Currently the drive has 347GB free. What's the best way to test the drive on my W...

Re: Routers to use for repeating the same SSID?
I am using a WNDR3700 v2 as my main router on Gargoyle 1.5.9 and a 3700 v1 as a wired repeater using Arokh Openwrt r33946 on the other side of the house. I never bothered to update the V1 to gargoyle as everything just worked. I also have a WRT54G in the garage running DD-WRT which works as a wirele...

Re: Should I buy the Gargoyle Gigabit Router ?
I think its not that hard to flash the firmware if you read the instructions a few times and have them with you when doing the flash. An easy way to get the right WNDR3700 is by searching ebay for a v1 or v2 specifically. I got a v2 that way to extend my wireless. I am using gargoyle on my v1 and op...

Re: WNDR3700 V2 wont Print
I should mention that I was trying to get this to work with a Windows 7 x64 and Mac OS machine. I decided to just buy a wireless laser printer since I don't have any more patience to fiddle with this feature.
At least I am liking this over one of the custom openwrt firmwares I was using previously.

WNDR3700 V2 wont Print
I was running Arokh Openwrt firmware on my WNDR3700 V2 and wanted to try out Gargoyle. So I downloaded Gargoyle 1.5.9 sysupgrade and got everything working. I now try to setup my printer and I can't get the Samsung 2510 Laser printer to print. The router says Samsung ML-2510 Series is connected via ...
