I think there are other performance issues, especially with DSL connections that you may not be taking into account. Pass actual DNS servers
Is there any way to have Gargoyle pass the actual WAN DNS servers to DHCP clients instead of just it's own LAN IP?

The main reason for the second router is that it's simultaneous dual-band 802.11N, and a Time Capsule. It would be running in Bridge Mode behind the Gargoyle so there wouldn't be any Double NAT issues. I was planning on buying one of the routers off the site, and neither of them are dual band.
