Re: WR1043ND does not respond anymore
After 2 days of it being dead it magically fixed itself. Thought I would give it one more shot before I buy a new one so I turned it on, waited for it to boot and it automatically gave me internet and worked as if nothing had happened.

Re: WR1043ND does not respond anymore
Sorry to threadjack but this is the exact issue I am having with my WR1043ND. I have been using it for around 6 months fine. LINE -> Dlink G604T -> WR1043ND -> PC's and wireless devices. Woke up this morning to no internet. Powered everything off. Booted Dlink, waited a couple of mins, booted TP-Lin...

Bandwidth Quota usage option
The option to display amounts or the %. As it is you can only see %.
Also a total amount used under the list would be handy too.

Re: PPPoA
I hear you. I kinda guessed that you either had PPPoA or both PPPoE and PPPoA. Obviously I was quite off the mark.
I understand its hard (if not impossible) to implement something you cant work on. If I knew enough I would help but its waaaay over my head.

Re: PPPoA
Well tbh that looks a lot more complicated than I have experience with. From what I've seen Gargoyle does not support PPPoA. If this was just simply add a file then I would guess the dev's would have already added this.
I could be wrong, I don't know a great deal about this.

PPPoA
Some places work on PPPoA and don't have PPPoE like where I live. That means currently I have double NAT as I cant use bridge mode. PPPoA would be a great addition so then anyone can use gargoyle without issues.

Re: no internet, TL-WR1043ND + Dlink G604T
I feel like such a noob reading all this. Re-reading and re-reading. I started to feel like maybe I was just wasting peoples time. Had a break for a bit and went back to it again. Many thanks in helping me with this. It seems when I was messing around with the settings and accidently got it working ...

Re: no internet, TL-WR1043ND + Dlink G604T
The connection is PPPoA VC-Mux not PPPoE.
Wouldn't trying to connect with PPPoE fail?
it seems the pic was too big heres the link

Re: no internet, TL-WR1043ND + Dlink G604T
Changing Settings to try different things. To be able to get both routers up I need to set the tp link to static ip wired: Ip 10.1.1.10 Subnet 255.255.255.0 Gateway 10.1.1.1 Dhcp is off on the dlink. Maybe thats an issue. Altho from what you linked, that sounds like even if I get it to connect I wil...

Re: no internet, TL-WR1043ND + Dlink G604T
Just to save me going back and forward changing things, I'm now on here with my cell.
i'm guessing where it says internet/wan. I've got the drop down box set to dhcp wired. under that it's blank. Where it says "current ip" and "current lease expires" theres nothing.
