Thanks all, just wanna tell you guys that the problem is solved once I have enabled the OpenVPN service from the new firmware (I'm accessing the Synology VPN server instead).

Anyone? No one is using this firmware with VPN passthrough?

I'm trying to do the same thing, I have a PPTP server behind the router (TP-Link 1043ND), may I ask how I can set the GRE (PPTP passthrough) in the firmware to enable this to work?

Hi, I'm new to the Gargoyle firmware. I'm currently using it on TP-Link 1043ND and it's running great.
