You are showing a working solution but I think your understanding of the problem is wrong. As far as I know regulatory.bin is correct and distribution of replacement file could be against regulations in many countries.

Hi, thanks for wonderful firmware for my router, I'm using TP-Link WR941NDv3 with Gargoyle image 1.5.2.
