Re: Wireless Bridge/Repeater

Repeater can have different SSID, it's just bridge to extend signal (already anyone should disable DHCP server). WDS should use same SSID. So i think it's ok. WDS is different, because if i understand well, it usually work only with same devices (that use same drivers and same hardware). I use WDS t...

Re: Port Triggering

But this feature is there! :) Just log in into the Gargoyle, go to Firewall-Port forwarding, and there You can setup port redirections, and range of ports to redirect. Re: TL-WR1043ND can't get 300mbps

I;ve read on openwrt forum i think, that there is problem with that in the drivers, that some intel wifi cards around can make it work wrong, so it go down from 300Mb/s, and do not come back (like it should, and it happen with stock firmware).

In such situation noscan is the only solution for now.

Re: Port Triggering

You ask for thing, that will automatically make some ports opened, and redirected if game/software need them. You know what, this is what upnp do, You can also redirect them manually with ports redirect function.

Re: IGMP_Multicast_WR1043ND

How extactly IPTV works?
Does it try to use upnp? upnp do not work with gargoyle, also there is problem with dmz, which i skipped by port redirects (that is work).
