I just noticed that using this rule, will not throttle bandwidth for hosts individually.
All the hosts with the exceeded quota will be "sharing" the same download/upload limit speed.
Any way of make it individual for each host?

Yes, rc5 is not available at openwrt respositiories yet, you should use rc4 for now, but remember that kernel modules will not work (different kernel versions), but it is ok for apps.
