Re: Remember host name
This is an old post now, but it would be great to have the quota usage not reset when a change is made to a quota.

Re: Automatic Quota Group Management
Just posting to show my support for this idea!
We use a TP-Link TL-WR1043ND with Gargoyle to keep track of the flat data usage (as we are capped by our ISP). If everyone had the ability to manage their own devices it would make things very much "set up and forget" for me

Re: Horrible Performance on TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
I've been running it again with quotas on for a couple of days without trouble. The only difference I have made is there is that I now have only one ip address in my quota (my wifi ip address) whereas before I had two ip addresses in my quota (wifi and ethernet ip addresses). I'm not sure if that wo...

Re: Horrible Performance on TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
I have only recently re-enabled the quotas. In the past it took a couple of days before performance decreased. Hopefully it won't happen again, but if it does I will post details here.
Cheers for the help guys!

Re: Horrible Performance on TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
Hey pbix, Thanks for your reply. Yeah I found it weird that the web access to the router was impaired as well - I also believed that the quota wouldn't affect this. For now the router is running fine for me over wireless with my quota turned off. I am still able to view overall bandwidth use for the...

Re: Horrible Performance on TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
Hi pbix, CPU usage has been low, I think 0.15 is the highest I've seen it. It's at 0.00 at the moment, is this odd? Are there any logs, or ways to log this CPU information? RAM usage always high though, 26.1MB / 28.8MB (90.6%) at the moment. The lowest I've seen it is 88% and the highest 92%. I thou...

Re: Horrible Performance on TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
Any suggestions on how I could debug this problem would be great. I have turned off the quotas for my laptop and the speed seems to be back to normal so that may have something to do with it.
Should the RAM usage be so high? It's at ~90%.
Cheers,
Daniel.

Horrible Performance on TP-Link TL-WR1043ND
I recently purchased a new TP-Link TL-WR1043ND specifically for use with Gargoyle so I could track the bandwidth use in my flat. It worked fine for the first day, but I am now getting extremely poor connection speeds. Even connecting to the router's own configuration pages takes time, and that's ove...
