Then you go ahead and suggest the user using an ISP customised version that we know nothing about flashes a plain build? What if user loses internet access or support from their ISP? I was thinking the same thing......... The ISP could have blocked outgoing ports for all we know.........Its a custo...

Sorry, that is a custom build by your ISP, on a device we have never supported. If you dont have a modem, where does your internet come from? What I'm saying is you should remove Gargoyle from the equation entirely to find out if it really is causing you the issue. Bypass it, remove it, whatever needs to happen. If the issue is only when Gargoyle is involved, then we can diagn...

Its an outbound connection, so I would not have thought so. What does your network look like? The fastest test would be to plug directly into the modem to eliminate Gargoyle.
