Re: 1.14 on AC1200
Here is what I see, and the first two lines are trying to tell me something, as if it thinks I don't have an R6220. Are there different versions of that hardware? Valid firmware:No Firmware matches device:No Supported devices:netgear,r6220 r6220 Firmware/Device Compatibile:No. Config cannot be migra...

Re: 1.14 on AC1200
No, I stopped when I got the warning and I didn't click Preserve Settings. I read that Netgear sets the partition we need at 18MB, not very big. But that's interesting you had success.

1.14 on AC1200
Back in 2022 I flashed gargoyle_1.13.0-ramips-mt7621-r6220-squashfs-factory.bin onto my two Netgear AC1200s, working great. Recently I went to upgrade one using gargoyle_1.14.0-ramips-mt7621-netgear_r6220-squashfs-sysupgrade.bin, but no joy. I get the error message "Firmware has been detected a...

Quick solution for DDNS 10.20.10.22?
I saw a few posts on the issue where DDNS updates your provider with a non-routable address such as 10.20.10.22, but I didn't see an obvious solution. Did I miss it? This is happening every two hours on all of my routers running the release code against no-ip.com

Script to test for slow throughput
My WRT32X router with 1.12 uses either wired or PPPoE connections to my NBN HFC modem. Every 5 days or so I find that the WAN download speed has dropped by 5-10%. If I reboot or reestablish the WAN connection it goes back to full speed. This might be due to my QoS settings, the NBN network provider ...

Re: BW usage now reporting too low
Great answer, kicking myself about the Delete button, although if data has been collecting for months you have to scroll down a *very* long way to see the magic Delete button I never noticed. Have a great weekend, what's left of it.

Re: BW usage now reporting too low
No problem. Please recommend the best procedure to start over. I have a feeling that Restore Default Configuration isn't enough to wipe out the historical data.

BW usage now reporting too low
I might have messed up the monitoring data when I flipped between 1.12 and 1.11 a couple of times this month (I restored a bad config, had to firstboot) I don't need to fix this month's data, but what's the right way to fix the monitoring data from today onwards? Ideally I would like to retain data ...

Re: WAN Speed issue on WRT32X
Sorry for the holiday delay. That was it, not sure how the upload/download QoS boxes got ticked, but it's all better now. Thanks!

WAN Speed issue on WRT32X
First post, long time user. My TP-Link Archer C7 v2 with 1.12.0 shows 100Mbps to fast . com. Wanting better wireless, I swapped it for a much newer Linksys WRT32X with 1.12.0 and the same config, but get less than 10Mbps. Am using a brand new Cat6 cable, the cable modem Phy LED is the same color wit...
