In the bridge mode (wired). Will i be a able to monitor bandwidth distribution and allocate fixed ips to users and then quotas? That is on the client router

Hi Lantis Im noob to this. I got archer c7 v2 with garg 1.9.2 or 1.10.0 I used to have it as a default gateway on 192.168.1.2 I tried changing it to wired bridge router. Bridge ip was 192.168.1.2 mask 255.255.255.0 and AP gateway 203.0.178.191. The minute i saved settings i lost the ability to conne...
